As Co-Head of the Brearley Environmental Action Committee (BEAC), I’ve worked to make

sustainability part of daily school life. From managing our community farm share to organizing

Earth Day concerts and citywide sustainability conferences, BEAC brings environmental

awareness to action through creativity and collaboration. Whether redesigning waste signage,

hosting panels, or running schoolwide thrift events, I’ve learned how small-scale efforts can

inspire lasting cultural change.
